At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, held at No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, on 18th December 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up as a Members’ voluntary liquidation and that Colin Graham Bird and Nigel Steven Hill, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, are hereby appointed as its Liquidators and the powers of the Liquidators may be exercised by either independently of the other.” P.
