Appointment of Trustees

In the High Court of Justice.  No. 10867 of 1995 HAMDY SHAHEIN, unemployed, of 13 Garrett Road, Edgware, Middlesex HA8 9AN, lately a Newsagent, trading at 167 Stoke Newington High Street, London N.16, formerly a Company Director. I, Graham Paul Henderson, a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Office Holder No. 8276, of 12 Tumblewood Road, Banstead, Surrey SM7 1DX, hereby give notice that I have been duly appointed and certified as Trustee of the estate of the above-named Bankrupt by the Secretary of State, with effect from 18th December 1998. All persons having in their possession any of the effects of the Bankrupt must deliver them to me and all the debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to me.
