At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Bradford Soap International Inc., West Warwick, RI 02893, on 23rd December 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Donald Bailey, of Ernst & Young, 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester M2 3EY, be and hereby is appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” The business and operation has been transferred to Bradford Soap Works UK, LLC at the same business location.
