Notice of Intended Dividends

TQH(L) REALISATIONS LIMITED (formerly IGG Systems Ltd)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(A) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends paying a first dividend to the Creditors of the above-named Company. Creditors are required, on or before 28th January 1999, to submit their proofs to Stephen J. Adshead, Fanshawe Lofts, 41 Castle Way, Southampton SO14 2BW, the Liquidator of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his or her debt before the date mentioned is not entitled to distribution, by reason that he or she has not participated in it, the first or any subsequent dividend declared before his debt is proved.
