Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report and a summary of his receipts and payments account and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at the Institute of Directors, Bessemer Room, 116 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5ED, on 5th February 1999, at 11.55 a.m. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at this Meeting, but who is unable to do so, is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
