Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Kidsons Impey, Friars Courtyard, 30 Princes Street, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 1RJ, on Wednesday, 3rd February 1999, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year.
