(formerly C Rowbotham & Sons (Insurance Brokers) Limited) Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company no later than within 4 months of the last day for proving. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 28th January 1999, to send their proofs of debt to P. J. Singer and Robin Michael Addy, of Cork Gully, Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, the Joint Liquidators of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.
