Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 22nd December 1998. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 31st January 1999, to send their proofs of debt to Robert Michael Young, of Cork Gully, 8 Ridge House Drive, Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 5SJ, the Liquidator of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary.
