Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 30th September 1998 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 4th December 1998, ANTONY MICHAEL MAYNARD, of Ballavarry, Borers Arms Road, Copthorne, West Sussex RH10 3LJ, single, a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981 section 1, abandoned the surname of Gould and assumed the surname of Maynard.
