Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 20th April 1998 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 29th December 1998, Roger James Acock, of Hannabusses, Thorverton, Exeter, Devon EX5 5PJ, the father and legal guardian of WILLIAM JAMES ACOCK (formerly known as William Acock), of Hannabusses, Thorverton, Exeter, Devon EX5 5PJ, a minor and British citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981 section 1, assumed on behalf of William James Acock, the second forename James in addition to the forename William, so as for him to be at all times called, known and described by the name of William James Acock exclusively.
