NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER
Take notice that Dr Leslie Morrish, of Bishops Lodge, Oakley Green, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 5UL, is applying to the Environment Agency for a licence to abstract water from a borehole into confined chalk at National Grid Reference SU 9320 7662 at Oakley Green, Windsor. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates: 3 cubic metres per hour, 30 cubic metres per day, 7,260 cubic metres per year. The water will be used for supply to the Cardinal Clinic. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Cardinal Clinic, Oakley Green, between 1st February and 1st March 1999. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Water Resources Officer, Swift House, Frimley Business Park, Frimley, Camberley, Surrey GU16 5SQ, before the end of the said period.
