Notice of Intended Dividend

The Administrators of Atlantic Computers Plc give notice under the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that they intend to make an interim dividend to the unsecured Creditors of the Company before the end of February 1999. Creditors who have not already done so, must send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the administrators John Francis Soden and Peter Sheldon Padmore, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, at No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, by 15th February 1999, which is the last day for submitting claims.
