Notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of Creditors of Luckmore Limited will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, on 8th March 1999, at 10.30 a.m., to receive the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, by no later than 12 noon on 5th March 1999. F.
