In the High Court of Justice. No. 005801 of 1993 PICA EUROPA LIMITED I intend to declare a Dividend on the preferential debts of the above-named Company. Preferential Creditors of the Company are required on or before 5th March 1999 to submit particulars of their claim to me at Rolls House, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NH.
