BURIAL ACT 1853
Notice is hereby given that representations have been made to Her Majesty in Council by the Secretary of State for the Home Department that burials should be discontinued in the following places of burial and that Her Majesty in Council was pleased on 10th February 1999, to order that such representations be taken into account by a Committee of the Privy Council on 24th March 1999: The Churchyard of St. Paul’s, Colchester, Essex; St. John the Bapist Churchyard, Cove, Farnborough, Hampshire; The Churchyard of Holy Trinity, Leverstock Green, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire; The Churchyard of St. Mary, Humberstone, Leicester; The Churchyard of St. Mary, Bitteswell, Lutterworth, Leicestershire; St. Thomas of Canterbury Churchyard, Mumby, Lincolnshire; St. Peter’s Churchyard, Ruddington, Nottinghamshire; The Churchyard of St. Andrew’s Dearnley, Littleborough, Metropolitan District of Rochdale; The Churchyard of Holy Trinity, Godney, Somerset.
