Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Moore Stephens Booth White, 1 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2EN, on Wednesday, 24th March 1999, at 10 a.m. precisely, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
