At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Laurels, 46 New Street, Honiton, Devon, on 12th February 1999, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Neville Richard Eckley, of 3 Silver Street, Wiveliscombe, Somerset TA4 2PA, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” R.
