Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having any interest in or claim against the Taylor Nelson AGB plc Pension Plan (3) is hereby required to send particulars of his or her claim in writing to the Trustees of the Plan c/o Gissings Limited, Finsbury House, 23 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7UH, and to send such particulars not later than two months after the date of this notice, after which date the Trustees will distribute the fund among the persons of whom they then have notice and will not, as regards the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have notice.
