Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Arthur Andersen, 1 Victoria Square, Birmingham B1 1BD, on 22nd March 1999, at 3 p.m., to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Joint Liquidators and to pass a Resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts and documents of the Company.
