Notice of Intended Dividends

ACROW (ENGINEERS) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First Dividend to Creditors of the above-named Company. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 19th March 1999, to send their proof of debt to P. S. Padmore, PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Quay, 30 Channel Way, Ocean Village, Southampton SO14 3QG, the Joint Liquidator of the Company, and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debts by the date specified will be excluded from the dividend. The First Dividend will be declared no later than 4 months from the last day of proving.
