Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of Members and Creditors of George Jenkins & Sons (Winton) Limited will be held at Old Library Chambers, 21 Chipper Lane, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1BG, on Monday, 29th March 1999, at 2.30 p.m., for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. A proxy for the Meeting must be lodged at Old Library Chambers, 21 Chipper Lane, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1BG, no later than 12 noon on Friday, 26th March 1999. M. F.
