At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Griffith & Griffith, Canterbury House, Newhall Street, Birmingham, on 25th February 1999, the following subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that George Henry Wilson Griffith, of Griffith & Griffith, Canterbury House, 85 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 1LT, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” D.
