NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR ENVIRONMENT, TRANSPORT AND THE REGIONS FOR CONFIRMATION OF BYELAWS RELATING TO THE CONNEX SOUTH EASTERN LIMITED RAILWAY

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 67 of the Transport Act 1962 and section 129 of the Railways Act 1993, that Connex South Eastern Limited have made byelaws relating to the Connex South Eastern Limited Railway and intend to apply to the Secretary of State for Environment, Transport and the Regions for his confirmation. A copy of the byelaws, in respect of which application for confirmation is to be made, can be inspected, free of charge, for a period of 28 days starting from the date of this notice, appearing at Connex South Eastern Limited’s registered office, Friars Bridge Court, 41-45 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 8PG, between the hours of 0900 and 1600 Mondays to Fridays and at the Connex Station Reception, London Victoria Railway Station, Central Concourse, Victoria, London SW1V 1JU, between the hours of 0900 and 1600 Mondays to Fridays. A copy of the byelaws can be obtained either by attending or by writing to either of these places. During the 28 days period any person affected by the new byelaws may make representation to the Secretary of State for Environment, Transport and the Regions by writing to him at the Department of Environment, Transport and the Regions, Zone 3/33 (Byelaws), Great Minster House, 76 Marsham Street, London SW1P 4RP.
