Notice is hereby given that by a Change of Name Deed dated 22nd September 1997 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 1st February 1999, Lionel William Thain and Julie Anne Thain, of Basement Flat, 119 St. Georges Square, Pimlico, London S.W.1., as the persons having parental responsibility, on behalf of IMOGEN LOUISA THAIN, a child, single and a British citizen, abandoned the surname of Hambridge-Thain and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Thain.
