Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 30th October 1998 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 5th February 1999, I, DEAN ALEXANDER, single, of Stamers Farm, Ultinglane, Ulting Maldon, Essex CM9 6QZ, a British citizen, formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Nunn, so as to be at all times called known and described by the name of Dean Alexander exclusively.
