Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 12th January 1999 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 9th February 1999, ARLAND DUFTON and TERRY DUFTON, of Cherrytree Cottage, The Paddocks, Stapleford, Lincolnshire LN6 9LH, Married Man and Married Woman respectively and British Citizens by virtue of section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Arnold Dufton and Ivy Dufton respectively and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Arland Dufton and Terry Dufton respectively.
