No. 00419 of 1999 In the Matter of NEWBOLD LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Minvail House, Ealing Road, Wembley, Middlesex HA0 4EL, presented on 21st January 1999 by Melvyn Samuel Langley, Langley & Partners, Langley House, Park Road, East Finchley, London N2 8EX, as Supervisor of the Company’s Voluntary Arrangement, on behalf of the Creditors of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 31st March 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or his Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Tuesday, 30th March 1999.
