I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend in the Liquidation of the above-named Company. The Creditors of the Company are required on or before the 14th April 1999 to submit particulars of their claim to me at Rolls House, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NH. Failure to submit particulars will exclude Creditors from the Dividend which I intend to declare within four months of the above date. N. J. Hamilton, Liquidator
