The Liquidator of the above-named Company gives notice under the provisions of Rule 4.186 and Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that he intends to make a dividend payment to the unsecured Creditors of the Company on 9th April 1999. Creditors who have not already done so, must send details in writing, of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator, T. C. Evans of Rogers Evans, 19 Brunswick Place, Southampton SO15 2AQ, by 2nd April 1999, which is the last day for submitting claims.
