REGENCY ACTS
The Queen has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 18th March 1999 to delegate certain of Her Royal Functions to Counsellors of State during Her Majesty’s absence abroad for the purpose of visiting the Republic of Korea. C. I. P. Denyer
