Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members and a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at the offices of Arkin & Co., 23 Turnpike Lane, London N8 0EP, on Thursday, 22nd April 1999 at 2 p.m. and 2.15 p.m. respectively, to receive an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year.
