RICHARD INGHAM & CO. LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFIT SCHEME

Notice is hereby given that all persons having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Richard Ingham & Co. Limited Retirement Benefit Scheme (the Scheme”), are required to send written particulars of such claim to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 31st May 1999, after which date the Trustee of the Scheme may proceed to distribute the Scheme’s assets among the persons entitled to them having regard only as to the claims of which written notice shall have been received by the Trustee and of the interests of those Members of the Scheme of whom he has knowledge and the Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice in respect of the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed.
