NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND OTHERS TO MAKE THEIR CLAIMS AGAINST THE TRUSTEES OF THE FRENCH EMPLOYEES’ BENEFITS SCHEME

Notice is hereby given that any person having an interest in or a claim against the French Employees’ Benefits Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim to the Trustees of the French Employees’ Benefits Scheme at French plc, Sharston Road, Wythenshawe, Manchester M22 4TH, and to send such particulars not later than 31st May 1999, after which date the Trustees will distribute the fund among the persons of whom they have notice and will not, as regards the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice. Claims need not be made by persons already receiving pensions from the French Employees’ Benefits Scheme or who are still employed by French plc. J.
