Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 1st February 1999, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 1st March 1999, I, JACQUELINE BAIGENT, of The Star Inn, Rhodyate Hill, Conglesbury, North Somerset BS49 5AJ, having parental responsibility, on behalf of Kirstie Louise Baigent, a child, single and a British Citizen, abandoned the surname of Atkinson and assumed in lieu thereof, the surname of Baigent.
