Notice is hereby given that we, Sabastian Scot Graeme Davis-Ansted and GEORGINA MARY DAVIS-ANSTED, 4 Ferndale Walk, Angmering, West Sussex BN16 4DB, married and both formerly called and known by the name of Ansted, only citizens of the United Kindom and Colonies by birth, give public notice that on 10th March 1999, we formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the us of our said surname of Ansted, only and assumed and adopted in place thereof the surname of Davis-Ansted and further that such change of name is evidenced by a deed poll dated 17th February 1999, under our hands and seals, duly executed by us and attested and enrolled in the Enrolment Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 10th March 1999.
