Notice is hereby given that I, SHAIN DEAN HASSAN, of 136 Evering Road, Stoke Newington, London N16 7BD, formerly called and known by the name of Zulfkar Hassan, a British citizen by birth under section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981, give public notice that on 1st March 1999, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my name of Zulfkar Hassan and assumed and adopted in place thereof the name of Shain Dean Hassan, and further that such change of name is evidenced by a Deed Poll dated 10th March 1999, under my hand duly executed by me and attested and is being enrolled in the Enrolment Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature.
