GUILD CARE

Notice is hereby given to all persons who are or were Members of the Guild Care Pension and Life Assurance Scheme, that the Scheme is being wound up. It is believed that all Members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and the Trustees announce their intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme to those who appear to be entitled. If you were a Member of the Scheme and believe you may be entitled to benefit from it and you have not been contacted by anyone, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and full particulars of your membership of the Scheme to P. L. McMahon, Guild Care, 1 Aldsworth Parade, Goring Way, Goring-by-Sea, Worthing, West Sussex BN12 4TX, so as to reach that address on or before 1st June 1999. Claims received after the above date will be excluded from the calculation of benefits and the distribution of assets of the Scheme.
