BURT AND VICK LIMITED 1974 PENSION SCHEME (“THE SCHEME”)
TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27
Notice is given that the Scheme is to be wound up under the terms of its Trust Deed and Rules. The Official Receiver was appointed as the Liquidator of B&V Realisations Ltd., and on 22nd July 1997, appointed Winterbourne Trustee Services Ltd., of 12 Firs Close, Firsdown, Salisbury SP5 1SG, as the Statutory Independent Trustee. Any person who has, or may have, any claim entitlement or interest in the Scheme including anyone who believes that membership of the Scheme may improperly have been denied to them is required to provide written particulars of their claim to the Trustee at the above address no later than 2 months from the date of publication of this notice. Notice is not required from anyone who is currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme, or who has already had correspondence with the Independent Trustee. After the expiry of this notification period the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme and will have regard only to claims of which prior written notice has been received and will not be liable in respect of any other claims.
