Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company not later than 19th April 1999. Creditors who have not yet done so are required to send their proofs of debt to John W. Davies, of BDO Stoy Hayward, 4th Floor, Riverside House, 31 Cathedral Road, Cardiff CF1 9HB, the Liquidator of the Company, and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt will be excluded from the Dividend. J. W. Davies, Liquidator Note. This Dividend is expected to be in the region of 40 pence in the £. 23rd March 1999.
