I, John Samuel Francis Bennett, of Goodman Jones Associates, 29-30 Fitzroy Square, London W1P 6LQ, being the Liquidator of Surf Mountain Limited, hereby declare this Notice of Intended Dividend as required by Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986. All Creditors who have not previously proved their debt should do so within the next 21 days, the last day for proving being 26th April 1999, or risk being excluded from any dividend thereafter. I intend making this distribution on or around 29th April 1999.
