BUNGE GROUP PENSION SCHEME

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she had a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the above Scheme, which is to be wound up, by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employment with the following companies, namely: Bunge & Co. (Grain) Limited, Wootton Warehousing Limited and Yorkshire Grain Driers Limited, is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 18th June 1999 of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth), to William M. Mercer, Tower House, Merrion Way, Leeds LS2 8PA, marked for the attention of Mrs. A. Allerton. The Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person. Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustee about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustee already has details of their claims and entitlements.
