I, Ian Brown, of Deloitte & Touche, Gainsborough House, 34-40 Grey Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 6AE, Liquidator of Hilbar Construction Limited, (in Liquidation), (“the Company”) hereby give notice to all Creditors of the Company, pursuant to Rule 11(2) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I intend to declare a final dividend on 10th June 1999. Any Creditor of the Company wishing to prove in the Liquidation that has not already done so, should lodge a proof of debt at the above address by no later than 13th May 1999.
