Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the last date for proving debts against the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, is 14th May 1999, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, Maurice Charles Withall, of Grant Thornton, Edinburgh House, Windsor Road, Slough, Berkshire SL1 2EE, the Joint Liquidator of the Company. Notice is further given that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a Final Dividend within 4 months of the last date of proving.
