THE NORANDA GROUP UK PENSION & LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person
who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any
benefit from, or interest in the above-named Scheme, by reason of his or her own or
a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employment with the following
Companies: Noranda Sales Corporation of Canada Limited; Norbord (Industries) UK &
Associated Companies; is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or
her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth)
to Sedgwick Noble Lowndes Limited, t/a William M. Mercer, PO Box 64, 5 Bedford Park,
Croydon CR9 2ZT, marked “for the attention of K. M. Keepen” (acting for the Trustees
of the Scheme). Such particulars to arrive no later than 2 months from the publication
date of this advertisement. The Trustees intend to distribute the assets of the Scheme
among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims
and entitlements they have notice as soon as possible after that date, and will not
be liable to any other person.
