Notice of Intended Dividend

The Liquidator of the above-named Company gives notice under the provision of Rule 4.186 and Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that he intends to make a Second and Final Dividend payment on or before 16th August 1999. Creditors who have not already done so, must send details in writing, of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator, Jonathan Guy Anthony Phillips, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, at No 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, by 17th May 1999, which is the last day for submitting claims.
