COMPOUND SECTIONS LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Compound Sections Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (“the Scheme”) is winding up. Any person who has or may have a claim, entitlement or interest in the Scheme is required to provide written particulars to William M. Mercer, Tricorn House, 51-53 Hagley Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham B15 8TP, Ref. AWT/sam, prior to 6th August 1999. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to 6th August 1999.
