Notice of Intended Dividends

ADVANCE VISUAL OPTICS LIMITED

In accordance with rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I hereby give notice that I intend to pay a First and Final Dividend to the unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company. All Creditors who have not proved their debts should do so on or before 11th June 1999. It is my intention to declare a Dividend within the period of four months from the last date of proving. Failure to prove your debt will exclude you from this Dividend. Proofs should be sent to Kian Seng Tan, of K. S. Tan & Co., 10-12 New College Parade, Finchley Road, London NW3 5EP. K. S.
