TRANSPORT AND WORKS ACT 1992

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions gives notice, pursuant to section 14(1)(b) of the Transport and Works Act 1992 (“the Act”) that he has determined under section 13(1) of the Act not to make the proposed Merseyside Rapid Transit (MRT) System Order.
