Notice is hereby given that the Liquidator in this matter intends declaring a First and Final Dividend to Creditors, who are required, on or before 7th June 1999, being the last date for proving, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned Michael David Rollings, of Ernst & Young, Wessex House, 19 Threefield Lane, Southampton SO14 3QB, the Liquidator, and, if so requested, to provide further details or produce such documentation or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, any Dividend declared before his debt is proved. The Dividend will be declared within the period of 4 months from the last date of proving.
