NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER
Take notice that Andrew Tylor, of Lanarth, St. Keverne, Helston, is applying to the Environment Agency for a licence to abstract water from boreholes between National Grid References SW 7382 1983, SW 7406 2019, SW 7436 1997, at Rosuic Common, Goonhilly Downs, near Helston. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates: 12.5 cubic metres per hour, 300 cubic metres per day, and 3,000 cubic metres per year, between 1st July and 29th August each year. The water will be used for campsite and event supply, during summer months only. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Butlers Cottage, Lanarth, St. Keverne, between 20th May 1999 and 20th June 1999. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Sir John Moore House, Victoria Square, Bodmin PL31 1EB, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
